It is our intention to provide our users with an informative and interesting place to visit. We do not want to waste our users time by having them wade through job adverts or promotional material. We therefore recommend the following guidelines are used when posting to our Forum.

No Job Posts:
If you have a vacancy to fill you should post it on a job board. We recommend www.4recruitmentjobs.com. This job board currently Ranks Number 1 on Google for "rec2rec jobs"

No Job Posts Masquerading As Referrals, Offers Or Career Advancement:
Be honest and try not to be clever with pseudo descriptions of your recruitment needs. Any advert that implies, or hints that the poster is looking to fill a vacancy directly or via a third party will be deleted. Repeated breaches will result will result in your personal/company details being deleted from our network.

No Self Promotion:
Feel free to link to your site in your signature or profile. You may also includes links if they add relevance to the thread being discussed. However, a blatant promotion of your services that does not instigate or appear to be part of a discussion is not acceptable.

No Abusive Remarks:
This is an open forum and lively discussion is welcome, however foul language or personal abuse will not be tolerated. You may pass on your experiences, good or bad, about companies, but be professional in your tone and manner.

No Spam:
This is a forum for recruiters, job seekers and other parties associated with the recruitment industry.

No postings regarding get rich schemes, work from home, pyramid selling, adult or illegal material are permitted.

If we have to spend too much time moderating this forum, we will turn it off!
It is your Forum, use it but don't abuse it!
